*  The name "Aletheia" (Polygraph Services cc.) is derived from Greek Mythology that means - Truth and Honesty. Strategically located in Central, Kwa-Zulu Natal, makes it easy and cost effective for the client to make use of our services across South-Africa and neighboring countries. Aletheia-Polygraph Services cc. are dedicated to providing you a valid and reliable means to verify the truth and to establish the highest standards of moral, ethical and professional conduct in the polygraph field. Everyone has the right to protect their businesses against crime and dishonesty and to protect the viability of the company. 

*  Advanced and Specialized Forensic Examiner, Theo Blok, has administered over 2 000 polygraph tests, is highly qualified and can meet any need in the field of professional polygraph testing. Theo has received training as well as advanced and continuous training from an Internationally accredited APA Institute, and completes at least 30 hours of continued education on a bi-annual basis to keep updated with the latest research and developments in forensic psychophysiology. 

* Aletheia-Polygraph Services maintains a code of Ethics and Standards which is prescribed by the American Polygraph Association (APA) and the South-African Professional Polygraph Association (SAPPA).Therefore, all tests are also conducted and recorded on Audio and Video with the examinee's consent. .
* Our goal with each and every test is ultimate accuracy. A professional test consists of a pre-test interview, the in-test phase and the post-test interview, therefore a time allocation of +/- 1 ½ hour per test. After the test, the examiner analyses the PolyGram (the recorded reactions) by means of a numerical quantification system. Each of our tests is subjected to a process of quality control. Verbal results are given within 24 hours of the completion of the test, with the written report following.Test office requirements: We need a private, quiet office with a table, two chairs and an electric plug

*  Each examiner affiliated with Aletheia-Polygraph Services maintains our code of ethics and standards and would have received education of the highest standard. Each examiner must also complete at least 30 hours of continued education on a bi-annual basis to keep abreast on latest research and development in Forensic Psychophysiology.
